You further agree that you have read and understand the terms and that you agree to be bound by them, without limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AZHOMESearching.com and/or Michael Giorgianni PC make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. AZHOMESearching.com and/or Michael Giorgianni PC shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. All Users and Advertisers hereby grant AZHOMESearching.com and/or Michael Giorgianni PC an Irrevocable but Non-Exclusive Copyright License covering the entire content of the User's and Advertiser's advertisement, including but not limited to the electronic photo images. AZHOMESearching.com and/or Michael Giorgianni PC, in it's sole discretion and as it desires, may publish or cause to be published any such content in whole or in part, in any other Real Estate Advertising Web Site or Real Estate Advertising Print Publication. All Users and Advertisers hereby undertake the sole obligation to timely modify their ad to indicate if the property has been sold or is no longer offered for sale. All Users and Advertisers hereby warrant that the entire contents of their ad are true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief and undertake to timely modify their ad to correct any errors or incorrect information that comes to the attention of the Advertiser. Each User or Advertiser hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold AZHOMESearching.com and/or Michael Giorgianni PC totally harmless from any and all cost, risk, expense, or liability of any and every kind which may result from any incorrect or misleading information being included in the Advertisers ad or the publication of the ad itself.

12. Refund Policy

Except as expressly set forth herein, no refunds shall be made. There is no refund for internet advertising after the ad is published online. There is also no refund for signs or products after they are purchased.

13. Blocking User and/or Advertiser

AZHOMESearching.com and/or Michael Giorgianni PC expressly reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to electronically block either the access to our sites or the use of any of the sites features by any specific user or Advertiser.

14. Other Terms

If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by AZHOMESearching.com and/or Michael Giorgianni PC, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
