Congratulations to Steven Krouse, the first winner in our No More Mortgage giveaway drawing held in April 2007. In a giveaway celebration, We presented Steven with a check to pay off the mortgage on his Santa Fe condominium in Phoenix.
Steven closed on his home at Santa Fe in February 2007, after over two years working with us to resolve his credit issues and qualify for a mortgage. Steven plans to use the extra money that once went toward his mortgage payment to landscape the patio and upgrade the arcadia doors on his condo, as well as do some traveling. We couldn’t be happier for him!
