My credit isn't great. How do I improve my credit?
Credit repair is the action you take to improve your credit. Usually, this means closing old accounts, paying bills on time and sticking to a budget. You can fix bad credit, but it takes time. Don't get frustrated. Most important, pay bills on or before their due dates. Each late or non-payment hurts your credit.
Your efforts to repair your credit will result in lower rates on purchases such as home mortgages and furniture, as well as lower rates on credit cards. Rewards of good credit also include favorable credit information for insurance rates and job applications.
What if I can't qualify for a home now?
We will locate you in one of our many communities while working with you to correct or repair those issues that keep you from owning today. We call it Lease to Purchase.
Are there tax advantages to owning my own home?
Yes. In the first several years of paying your mortgage, most of the payment goes to paying off the interest on the debt. The amount you pay in interest over the year may be deducted from your federal income tax. Consult a tax advisor for more information.
Does my condominium come with a washer and dryer?
Yes, most of our homes come with a washer and dryer or washer/dryer combo. In addition, several of our properties also have newly renovated laundry facilities.
How soon can I move in?
Everyone's situation is different. The normal time frame is 30-45 days, and depends on your motivation. If you are in a Lease-to-Purchase program, it could be as soon as 2 weeks!
Can I have a pet?
Yes, there are no restrictions on having pets in your new home.
Does my new home come with a home warranty?
Yes, your new condominium or townhome comes with a 1-year home warranty. At your final walkthrough, a customer service representative will walk with you through your new home and explain your warranty coverage.
Is there only Condo/Townhouses available?
Yes, right now there are no single family homes available, we specialize in Condos & Townhomes.
Is there a fee for the Lease Purchase Program?
Yes, there is a $600.00 Advisory Fee, However, It covers your first months rent!
